用户注意到Google Chrome的条款有些危险，条款11中有这样的规定。

也就是只要你用Chrome浏览点什么，包括你本地硬盘上的，内部网上的，... 这些东西就免费全部属于Google啦！而且你还得向google保证你自己已经拥有了所有这些东西的所有权。

今天看到Matt出来澄清了，说这是一个误解。
其实错了就是错了，不管你是有意还是无意的误用条款，大方的出来承认错误，并没有什么，这样扭扭捏捏的倒反而有些疑云密布了。

Rebecca Ward, the Senior Product Counsel for Google Chrome的解释：

"In order to keep things simple for our users, we try to use the same set of legal terms (our Universal Terms of Service) for many of our products. Sometimes, as in the case of Google Chrome, this means that the legal terms for a specific product may include terms that don't apply well to the use of that product. We are working quickly to remove language from Section 11 of the current Google Chrome terms of service. This change will apply retroactively to all users who have downloaded Google Chrome."
